Malaysia was appointed as host of Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 4.


Malaysiawas appointed as host of Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 4 on the the ICC Development Committee met in BangkokThailand on 15 and 16 May
Nepal will also play ICC world cricket league division 4 along with other participants such as Denmark, Malaysia, Singapore, USA and Tanzania.

The ICC Development Committee met in Bangkok, Thailand on 15 and 16 May also made several decisions to develop the cricket. They made number of recommendations to the ICC Chief Executives' Committee meeting in June, including the format for the ICC Women's World Cup 2013, the ICC World T20 Qualifier 2013 and the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2014;
The meeting also decide Bermuda, subject to agreeing to budget proposals, as hosts of Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 3. Both events form part of ICC's qualification structure into the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015.
 The meeting also received updates on progress with implementation of the ICC Females in World Cricket Strategy and the ICC High Performance Programme.
 Considered financial and various development reports, in particular, on developments in USA and China
They also recieved  a report from the MCC on its development activities
