Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) president Kazi Salahuddin informed Bangladeshi media that BFF were trying to hold a friendly match against Nepal in Dhaka.After playing the Friendly international against Nepal in Kathmandu Bangladesh is inviting Nepal in Dhaka.Salahuddin added that the friendly match could be played before the start of Bangladesh professional football league which is scheduled to get underway in November.
It has been had earlier reported in football portal that BFF was planning to invite Nepal for a friendly match.
Meanwhile, BFF is set to give the national boosters more international exposure hosting Thailand at home.

The high-profile ICC World Twenty20 gets underway on Tuesday with no clear favourites but inaugural champions India will visualize their chances on the slow familiar tracks of the island nation where they have played a lot of cricket in recent times. Twelve teams are participating in the event and there will be 27 matches. These will be held till 7th October and going to be a feast for the cricket lovers. After the bad experience in the just concluded nehru Cup 2012 Nepal will once again try their luck against another South Asian country bangladesh as All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) informed that Nepal National team would play two match friendly series against Bangladesh in Kathmandu on Ashwin 2 and 4ththat is 18th and 20th September.

Bangladesh Football Federation selected 30 footballers for the preliminary squad of the AFC U-22 qualifiers scheduled to start at Kathmandu from June 2 on Tuesday. The players are requested to report to coach Syed Golam Jilani on May 10 on Thursday but Bangladesh national U-22 team’s preparation for the upcoming AFC U-22 Championship is yet to reach the full tempo due to the reluctance of the clubs on releasing players. In the last three days, since the introduction of the camp the number of the attendants was 10, 20, and 25.
Coach Syed Golam Jilani had little to say, “As the league is running, the clubs are not allowing the players to attend the camp. I have nothing to say but I am trying to continue my work with the available resources,” said Jilani.
Bangladesh is pitted in group D alongwith Uzbekistan, Jordan, Yemen and hosts Nepal. The qualifiers will kick off in Kathmandu on June 2.
